Sheila Sullivan conducts civil litigation in both state and federal courts, with primary focus on insurance defense, civil rights defense, and appellate litigation. She has written numerous motions and appellate briefs on issues of statutory interpretation, insurance policy construction and complex procedural questions. Sheila also handles a large number of subrogation claims for insurance company clients. She is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and all Wisconsin state and federal courts.
Sheila earned a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, an M.A. in Russian and East European Studies from George Washington University, and a B.S. in Languages and Linguistics, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University. She and her husband, Frank, have three sons, and a daughter. She is also an avid Packesr fan. Go Pack!
