Mary June Fries received her B.S.N. from Marquette University in 1968 and her Paralegal Certificate from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies in 1995.

She has 15 years experience in the hospital including pediatrics, orthopedics, obstetrics, gynecology, and general medical-surgical nursing. She has 10 years of experience in quality assurance evaluation of services provided in the hospital setting. She was a clinical instructor for two years at Lakewood Community College in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. She has been with the firm since 1995.

She works closely with attorneys and experts in the defense of cases involving obstetrics, general surgery, vascular surgery, ophthalmology, emergency room medicine, family practice, orthopedics, internal medicine, oncology, and psychiatry.

For a number of years, she was involved with preschool screening while she resided in Minnesota. She is currently a volunteer at Meriter Hospital in the special care nursery, for the food pantry sponsored by her church, and with Habitat. She loves to quilt in her leisure time. She and her husband live in Fitchburg and have two grown sons.
